I'd say she is the dominate pullet, and yes you will get that kind of behavior from the dom, but I have been wrong before, no wait I haven't oh crap I just was wrong about being wrong, that's it I'm going to bed

Here was my 8 week old blue pullet. This is the last picture I have of her before the raccoon got her.

And a splash cockeral, same age.

Looking at the pics my first thought was hen but behaviour does play a part in helping the decision plus the fact there is a dominant roo already suggests this is a roo in hiding
