This is Dumpling. I would think male but there is absolutely no comb to speak of.

Since they haven't developed combs yet, going by color, Dumpling is a cockerel, and PeeWee is a pullet. They could look very different in another week or two, though.

They're both 4 weeks old right now. How long before a comb starts showing up do you think?
