what gender?

well pictures would help us guess for you but normally bigger combs and wattles that are redder in color are sings of a male. At 3 to 4 months old males start to get saddle feathers and hackle feathers

you see the long thin feathers in front of his tail (the ones just behind his wing that are touching the ground) those are saddle feathers, hackle feathers are like these but on the neck. at 3 to 4 months, young roosters are just starting to get them so they wont be very long. Wattles are the two red pieces of skin that hang under the beak (this bird, being a Sumatra, doesn't have any)

thanks, what is a spur? is it a type of feather?

Spurs are a large claw on the back of their leg used to fight other roosters or predators. They are pretty large and sharp.

I found this on Google Images:
400

That extremely long claw is a spur.

Some pictures of the combs and a side view of each of your chickens will help us help you determine the gender of each of your chickens.
