You have time before that happens. It will start to stink in incubator if one is rotten. Throw stink egg out if that happens. It's okay to set that egg.

Ok, most likely the shell gland pouch hasn't fully developed yet...should be getting "splotched" eggs!...it should be laying normal colored eggs soon.
It's not rotten but it may be infertile? Only way to find out is incubate or open it up and see if it has a "bullseye".

Im guessing i have atleast 5 hens now laying out of 7 in my second pen.

It's generally good to set eggs that are not wonky. "See what happens" could mean an exploding/leaking egg, bacteria issues, or a weak or deformed chick. Is it worth the risk?

With 5 hens laying, you should be able to collect around 30 eggs over the course of a week (keep under 70 degrees and turn during storage) and then set them all at once.
