What happened??

im not sure what happened but it looks to me like her/his leg might be broke or something. I have no idea how it happened! Anyone seen this before? What do I do?

Is that the hip sticking out, or is it some sort of growth? Could the hip be dislocated? Hard to tell from your picture. Can the chicken stand or walk at all? Can you fell bones moving? If you suspect a broken bone, I would sepearte her in a dog crate with food and water, so she doesn’t get hurt or try to jump on a roost. If a vet is possible, I would take her in.

I will see if I can get some better pics tomorrow. He seems to walk a little funny but doesn’t really seem in pain.
