What has been your experience with Eggbid.com?

The birds that I paid for were from Arizona and the seller is supposed to be moving to New York. What I don't understand is why the person who is caring for his birds (his wife) can't put the four birds in a box and then send them to me. I asked him and his reply was that his why doesn't do ****. I'm crossing my fingers. He said that I would get them no later than this Friday.
