what has been your greatest compliment?

My Hubby, who is hands down the hardest worker I ever saw, told me that I was tough and he would rather work alongside me than all the young guys at his work. (Doesn't say much for the next generation, since I'm 44 and fat.... )

He makes me feel tough AND gorgeous!

My best compliment came from my 13 yr old son. He said: "Your the best, mom."

It was great to hear that because that is my most special role.

Mine came from my DH. We had been married a couple of years and I made a comment about him marrying me instead of an old girlfriend ( she was was a model in music videos ). Now I'm not a troll by any means but I'm very average looking and not shapely in the right places.

DH took one look at me and said he didn't think he'd ever get married until he met me and the one thing he loved about me the most was I was the most real and honest person he had ever met.

My other came from my son who I think was 12 or barely 13 at the time. He out of the blue thanked me for being a stay at home Mum and said it meant a lot to him to know I was there every morning when he left for school and would be home when he walked in the door after school.
