Breed? Seems to be a pullet to my very untrained eye. 7 weeks old. So much smaller than my others and so shy and timid. Kids have named her Scardey! Andddddd it's impossible to take a photo of this fast one! Forst photo is middle chick

Could be a Golden Laced Sebright. The color pattern is definitely golden laced and the leg color and size are correct for the Sebright. It could be a pullet, but if it is a Sebright, it is difficult to tell the pullets from the cockerals until they are older since Sebrights have the unique attribute of hen-feathering in both sexes.

X2 It looks just like a Golden Laced Sebright, the reason it is smaller than the others is because Sebrights are bantams.
X2 on it being a pullet, as a 7 week old chicken would have a bigger comb.
