What Herbs and Spices do you give your chickens?

Anyways, we can't find a herbivore or omnivore that doesn't like it yet, so we don't ever get over rub with it. Plus they're great for plant jewelry. They chickens seem to prefer the flowers, but will eat the leaves if there aren't flowers left

I'm always looking for new ideas! What herbs or spices do you feed or let you chickens have access too, and why?

Mine get a top secret blend of 11 herbs and spices....

I give them Scratch and Peck herbs, but they also like:
Dandelion
Clover (any and all kinds)
Coral berry (flowers only)
Mint
Begonias (the tuberous kind)
And probably a lot I've missed!
