What Herbs and Spices do you give your chickens?

I'm always looking for new ideas! What herbs or spices do you feed or let you chickens have access too, and why?

I'm in Wisconsin so I put herbs in pots around my run and the areas they tend to free range in. Some herbs I use are rosemary, parsley, thyme, cilantro, and always lavender. Lavender keeps the mosquitoes away.
