I have brown and gold coturnix. I just let them all breed together in one large pen. I just breed for eating eggs and meaty little bodies. But my last hatch of last year yeilded 7 pure yellow....white when they grew up baby's.

Yes, you will get whites, golden, and browns from "Golden" . Throw in a brown or 2...more browns than whites or golden. Yes, it is very cool, and why I say "Welcome to coturnix genetics"!
