What in the world is she doing?

Had this chicken since she was a hatchling. Came out this morning and found her looking dazed and confused and even looked like she was half asleep. The other three were perfectly fine and wondering if anyone could give this newbie some heads up. First we picked her up almost 6 months ago, and being in Houston it dropped to 31 degrees last night and have a solid built coop. None of my chickens have started laying eggs and just found this odd. Anything I should be concerned about?

Do they have grit? Something could be stuck in her throat...

Hmmm I think whilst you don’t know what is wrong with her maybe you should separate her from her flock incase of disease.

Have you tried to look inside her beak/throat?

She is definitely is having trouble breathing or is in distress. Unfortunately, that could be numerous things.

I think she and the others should be started on a broad spectrum antibiotic

she has some respiratory issue. start a new thread in
Emergencies / Diseases / Injuries and Cures
so that someone experienced can advise you what to do.
