Sometimes you can find a used sportsman cabinet. I just bought 3 older model cabinet Sportsmen (2 incubators and a hatcher) for $350.
One of them is not heating up and there are a few other issues but all are repairable.
I've been using two of them for a few months. They maintain temperature better than most.

I got myself a hovabator (forced air) 1602n with the turner. i think i spent around $350CAD i bought them seperatly online. It worked well out of the box.

I am told that Brinsea is he best brand but I do not like their prices. I have a Hovabator and it works great after I learned how to hatch.

Well, for one thing I will NOT support some of these egg incubator companies who charges ridiculous prices for their products.... it's ridiculous! Secondly, the Chinese incubators works just fine if you know what you are doing and calibrate it! And thirdly..... I must have done something awful to you in the past life for you to bring such hate at me in this life!!

Another option for a cheap yet fully automatic incubator that will hold lots of eggs is to get a Chinese one from Alibaba. Not sure the reliability but they are all electronically controlled for temp, humidity, turning etc..
