I can spend about $150 and i want to be able to hatch at least 12 eggs and would like it to have an egg turner. I would also need it to be easily transportable. Any sugjestions would help. Thank you in advance.

I personally own a Hova-Bator 1588 and have been happy with it. I had a different model of Hova-Bator originally (1602N) that used a wafer thermostat and was not pleased with it, but the 1588 has had none of the temperature problems I experienced with the other model. I think you can get the incubator and an egg turner (the Little Giant one also works with this model of incubator) for around your desired price. It holds 50 chicken eggs. The 1602N is cheaper than the 1588, but I encourage you to read reviews of that model prior to making a decision.

Here's a link to GQF's (manufacturer) site: http://www.gqfmfg.com/12-volt-hova-bator/1588-genesis-hova-bator/.
