What is a "sizzle?" What is a "Fizzle?" pics please

I think Frizzles are gorgeous and would dearly love one. I'll be patient and when I'm given the opportunity to buy one, it will be when I should.

I'll keep watch on this topic.

Chickens are the most calming entertaining pet I've had!
always was interested in them, since I was a child. You'd find me where the chickens are ...lol

This is how a frizzle (according to british/ Australian/ New Zealand standard) should look like...

Contrary to what people say..... a Frazzle roo is a valuable bird in a frizzle breeding pen, run him with all straight feathered hens and you will breed 100% frizzles...

Our local farm supply store had frizzles on order from one of the hatcheries...not sure which one, but they got a load of silkies and frizzles...I unfortunately missed out on the frizzles and ended up with two silkies

I would of rather of had one frizzle and one silkie...but life is what it is

Frizzle next time...LOL

I have been wanting a frizzled chicken - can't find any, and don't have room for more than 2 more chickens. They will be boarded with my 6 silkies, if I can find one.

These are old pics, but I'm having trouble downloading new pics from my camera for some reason

I bought this one from an aquaintance thinking it was a Frizzle, but then realized it's a Sizzle...you can tell how much he looks like a Silkie in his face.

I was lucky enough to get 5 silkies and 2 frizzles from our feed store this year. Was totally shocked when I walked in and saw them still sitting in the cage after a week. I know I have a couple roosters in the group, which I really can't and shouldn't keep, but I just might to see what happens with the eggs
