what is breed

I was given these chicks 9 weeks ago. so far they haven't grown any. I had purchased chicks 1 week ago that have well surpassed these chicks. there are five of them. maybe these are bantams but i have no idea what they are. maybe would help me care for them better. I have let the purchased chicks out in the yard but these are still so small they

stay in the brooder pen. any help would be greatly appreciated.

They are old English game bantams, silver duckwing with some red mixed in, so not show quality. Two cockerels, on pullet.

Yeah in the first picture the middle on is missing a lot of feathers. Looks like one of the others was also bullied

Yes they are rescues. Finally growing feathers back
