Another update for anyone following: With a 30 min epsom salt bath managed to remove all the built up dried crust the urates formed! Looks so much better but still hasn't completely gone back in. We're making progress though. Gonna keep up the regimen till it does.

LAST UPDATE: It worked!!!!!!!!!!!

She's been fine for about a week now, but I forgot to update. Also wanted to be sure it would stay. Seems like we're definitely good for now! Once again thanks to everyone. Now I know what to do when this happens again.
