What is going on with her feet?

2 of my 15 chickens have lumps on their feet. Anyone know why? It's both of my black and white stripy (I'm having a brain fart as to their breed right now) birds and one of my Columbia Rocks has a bit of red between her toes. Is the red because of the recent snow fall? I added extra hay and shavings to the coop and run to give them some space to keep their feet off the snow. My other 12 chickens legs look normal.

Redness can be from several different things. Cold weather and walking in the snow could be one possibility. But will wait for you to get some photos so we can take a better look.

I have been clicking on the icon but it isn't loading. Says it is but then when it comes back to the messaging body, the photo isn't there. I have been trying on my phone so maybe I need to send them to my computer and upload them from there.
