I was wondering if there was anything that could help him or if it would go away on it’s own? Thanks for your help!!

The bubble could be pus-filled from pecking, but there might be some fowl pox scabs, just hard to tell with the lighting and auality of the pictures. You might try to get a couple more clear pics. If it is fowl pox, that is a virus spread by mosquitoes. There is no treatment, and it usually goes away without any treatment. The scabs should not be disturbed, since they can spread the virus. If there is an abscess underneath a scab, from either pox or a peck wound, you might be able to clean it with some betadine, and lance it to see if you can get pus out of it. To compare other pictures to what you are seeing, here is an article about fowl pox:

Hi, thanks for your help. I will check the website out!

150FF1EF-9640-4F86-B2AD-5289AA1B7610.jpeg Thanks everyone for your help, here is an update so it has gotten a little worse the bump is gone but there is a hole filled of crusty stuff in its place and another whole closer to his comb. We have been treating him and it’s almost gone. But the thingy that is scary is the yellow crusty stuff got into his nose making it impossible for him to breath out of his nose. The last thing is his comb is a darker then it should be. Here are some pics thanks

Ok, I will try to get better pics tomorrow, my mom puts some antibiotics but that’s safe for the chicken. We haven’t seen a vet because they are sooooo expensive around here.

Hi, so I wanted to tell you that we are taking him to the vet tomorrow we found one near us that I didn’t know about. So I just wanted to let you know thanks for your help!
