What is happening here???rehome or not

I am trying to get my 13 week old Barred rock hen outside with the 19 week old flock of 4 one being my roo Charlie and he chases her all over and grabs her head shakes her the feathers fly and he won't stop he will charge at her from along distance if he sees her out of the run. I see him mate with the other hens and it as not nearly as violent as this he also is attacking my 2 boys if he thinks I am out of reach of them.

My hen is for sure a hen she runs like heck I can't let out any of my other 4 chicks because of him he attacks them all like this.

If he's attacking your boys, I'd rehome him.

Rehome him? Yeah, right into the stew pot! Nasty roosters are of no use to anyone except as Sunday dinner.
