What is happening here???

My silkie rooster is pacing, dizzy, acting "drunk", uncoordinated. He has some lumps (tumors?) on his head. He is crowing and eating. I also have 5 eight week old chicks. one is gaping and making a choking/ squeeking noise, she is staying to herself and not eating. What's is happening here? I need to figure this out, the rest of my flock (16 birds) are ok at this point. Thanks for any help available.

You might want to call a state lab or the usda and see what diseases or illnesses are in your area. I hope they can give you a better idea of what it might be and if you do lose the bird you can take it to a state lab or vet and get a necropsy done
