I have a cute little rooster but not really sure what he is. I got him and 5 others at TSC about 5 weeks ago. Any ideas??? He is sick and I would like to get another one like him.

I'm sorry your boy is sick. Do you know what is wrong with him? I hope he gets better for you.

He looks a lot like my bantam mottled cochin boy did at that age.

Thanks. He is such a sweet baby,but he hasn't been able to walk much the past week and a half. He was fine then we noticed his feet were turned. Now I'm afraid that even though we are giving him vitamins that we may have to put him down. I checked on his feet thinking that I could bandage them to help him try and walk but when I touch his right leg and foot he doesn't move them at all. He will pull his left one when you touch it and wiggle but not the right. I just think that he will not gain any use from the right and will not have much of a life as he grows.

If he does die, have a necropsy done so that you will know what killed him and whether or not it is something the others can get. I think I already posted this on your other thread, but just in case, here it is again. Most states have labs that will do necropsies for little or no cost...I hope he gets better though!
