can anyone tell me what my rooster is he was sold to me as a Cuckoo Maran but dont look like one to me

i have 3 austalorp hens and the place we got them at had abunch of roos that looked like that running around

probably either a Black Australorp of Black Giant. Check the bottoms of his feet. If White then Aussie and yellow indicates Giant. That is only if he is true to type as far as coloring goes.

Giants are really slow to grow, so if he matures at a quick pace that would also point towards an aussie.
