What is on this yolk?

It's a new layer, not sure who, but there are reddish patches throughout the yolk. Not a blood spot, I don't think....thoughts?

I see you have a rooster.

This is the first thing I just thought too.
It's fertile for sure, but not sure the mottled yolk would would develop and hatch.
Had a bird with mottled yolks, tho I couldn't tell the difference between others that were also blue, a good number did not develop.
 
It appears to not really me a normal occurrence. Should I be concerned? They are fed layer feed, free choice grit and calcium, free range and also treats.

I was wondering if that egg was fertilized! I've never seen him mount a hen so..... But then I was raking and I saw him actually mount a Brahma (he's a Silkie) and he was so gentle. He did not grab her, only mounted after she submitted and was down and when he couldn't make contact within a few seconds he simply got off. I was shocked! I've never seen such a gentle "teenaged" cockerel! I just love this guy🥰
