What is one creative thing you saw or did in the past week?

I finished one of my cross stitches I have been working on....

I have four more from this artist to finish, yeah I have no life!!

I designed my company’s 4-page color insert advertisement that will go in six different newspapers in two states. I'm glad our Christmas season is almost over... Next is Mardi Gras!

I had bought some millet so my wife could make millet muffins. Yesterday she had soaked some of the millet in water then put it on the stove and we ate it like a congee or soup it was very good and healthy.

Well, I THOUGHT making my own Christmas cards last night was being creative, until I saw all the things you guys do, on this thread and on the crafters thread. I am just so impressed. What a bunch of truly, uniquely talented people we have here!

So what I am working on for a project is a "Predator Deterrent Tractor." Note it is not really to scale and alot of the pieces don't fit right and may never be possible in real life, but it's just for a non cad class so it just has too look reasonable to the untrained eye... I am defining the "first step" of an idea for a class. Note the lack of supporting structures and cross beams on any of the faces. LOL

I've been making chicken beads and crystal shaped beads this week. I'm going to make the chicken beads into pendants and earrings. I've got a bunch of beads in the kiln as we speak as well! I'll be listing them on Etsy...

I have 4 days off from school and I'm taking advantage of it!

Oh, yearofthedog, I just love that last rooster bead. Absolutely beautiful!

I painted a watercolor of a duck "spirit" in memory of my fav duck that passed away last winter. I can't believe how well it turned out. I'm going to enter it into an art competition and see what happens. Chances are the jury will say, "A DUCK????!!!!?????" and decline it based upon the subject matter. Oh well.
