What is she doing?

My 3 year old olive egger hen is opening her mouth when she’s breathing. There is no rattle. It almost sounds like a click when she’s breathing. I can’t attach a video to show what she’s doing. But when she breathes it looks like this. She hasn’t laid in about 10 days. Her comb is red. I can see she’s pecking and scratching and runs when I try to get her. I have been giving her Vet RX. Through a dropper and water and she’s taking it. I don’t see anything in her throat. Many have said gapeworm but it’s not common in chickens.

If you need to get hold of her, don't chase her, especially on a hot day. Wait till she roosts, then go in quietly and treat her with very little light.
