Is it possible for this breed to have more black speckles further toward the tail? I have one that is similar but have no idea what she is.

Thanks! Alexis, to clarify, the eggs are large or the hen is large - or both?
We have three of these light brahmas and they're lovely. A little curious too.

Hens are large and after their first birthday, their eggs get much bigger. Mine lay jumbo eggs, but the first year, they were pretty small.

She will get quite large... We have a Buff Brahma *Bantam* cockerel and he is just slightly smaller than our 22 week old barred rock pullet.
