OH. Also yaks. Yaks are amazing.
The outer layer of their hair is waterproof, and the under-layer (the down) is softer than cashmere. They are friendly to people they know, non-aggressive, and stalwart. Yak meat is flavorful, not to mention leaner than beef. And yaks poop in pellets, so not too stinky (unlike horses and cows.) They can carry heavy loads. And the sound they make...for such a large animal, you'd think they'd make large sounds, but it's just like a little chuff or a snort. SO FREAKING CUTE. OK. My vote is yaks and pangolins.
