I have been looking for an incubator for a while but can't decide which one I should get for me eggs this spring. we have ducks chickens and soon to be quail and we would like to have one that is good for all of those. if you have had good experience with one I would love to now what it is called.:wee

What is the maximum amount you would spend on one?
How many eggs will you need the incubator to hold at a time?
Are you willing to be hands on, or do you need fully automatic?

Without knowing your budget, amount of eggs etc, I'm still going to go ahead and suggest the Nurture Right 360. It truly is one of the best incubators out there. Not a terrible price, though still high end. Its reliable, accurate, fairly large, and the 360 clear dome is definitely a plus! It can hold 20ish eggs I believe, I think a few more than that maybe? Auto turner, and different sized turners for different types of eggs, (quail, duck, etc. ) can be purchased on Etsy and easy swapped for the original.
I think its the most highly recommended bator on BYC, I LOVE mine!

I have been using 2 foam incubators, one for turner, and fan, the other still air for hatching it worked great. I was not using shipped eggs. The only time this fall I didn't have a good hatch rate was when I set eggs 2 weeks after I put down the rooster.
