Hmmmm...
Quail:
Atleast a quad or so of ever color of coturnix
Atleast a quad or so of a few colors of Bobwhites
maybe a pair or two of the Africans and buttons

Pheasants:
Any of the goldens
Ladys
Pied ringneck
any other colors of ringnecks

Turkeys:
Atleast a trio of each

Chickens:
Seramas (Got a rooster and will soon be getting a

little 12 oz red/white hen for him! )
Trio of every color of bantam wyandotte there is.
Trio of every color of bantam longtails.
and a Trio of every color of bantam leghorns

Thats all I can think of right now...
