Hi what is the easiest way to clean there food and water? I have been get mold and bacteria in the water dish. Thank you have a good day!

x2. Type of feeder and waterer makes a big difference. Like I never clean out my waterer and don't have a problem with algae growth at all, but it's a closed system and fully opaque on purpose to avoid that. Otherwise, dish soap or diluted bleach + a scrub brush + lots of water should take care of most cleaning.

Wow, you must be in a very wet climate. I never clean my feeder out, and my feed is wet

My water I would dump out once there's too much dirt and leaves in it.
For your case, I would scrub your dishes if they're molding, etc as the spores tend to stick. Maybe even have two you can rotate while the other is being cleaned? Algae are generally harmless unless you get blue green algae (which is actually a bacteria).
