What Is The Healthiest Fish To Eat?

How can wild fish be exposed to farm raised fish? They are raised in ponds. Not all fish with scales are good to eat. Carp and drums are very boney, and oily, as are all shad.

That is what I have heard, I would love to try it like that sometime because I found a pond that is on the game lands and nobody fishes it and there are tons of carp and crappie. There was a carp with its head right under some weeds so we walked up behind it and jabbed it with a stick, dad said that is we had duct tape we could tape my knife to the stick and spear it haha. The carp was about 1.5 feet long and im sure there are some big carp in there.

I spend 99% of my fishing time fishing for crappie in freshwater. In my opinion it is the best freshwater fish to eat. I do catfish some. I prefer eating crappie over catfish.
I also fish in saltwater for various species. Flounder, whiting, fresh caught tuna, grouper and red snapper are my favorite saltwater species to eat.

Most every fish has parasite worms. Just cook them done and you have nothing to worry about.

i disagree... carp have scales and they are a bottom feeder or scavanger.

Salmon has the highest omega 3 rating I think.
