what is the purpose of keeping goats

An LDG is a livestock guardian dog.

well i have a dog. she is 10 years old and she cant hear very well so i think that wont work well.

I second the person who said you needed to head over to www.backyardherds.com. Also, do as much research and reading as possible before getting goats, sheep, or any other type of livestock. It will save you money and a lot of heartache.
