What is this 5 week old?

I would say Partridge Rock

I think we have a consensus! Thanks everyone!

Sorry, but this looks nothing like a partridge rock. Yours is much darker and the feathers are "blotchy" - mine were barred at 5 weeks:

I'm guessing once more of the feathers come in it would be good to post again with new pictures. I do not see anything in your picture that gives me the least inkling that is a PR. If I had to make an uneducated guess, I'd think you have a barnevelder. Probably a cockerel since that's what hatcheries send, but we'd need better pictures to tell that.

Edited to add adult picture (notice the penciling on the feathers and the lighter-colored feathers on her neck):

She is adorable!! I love pugs. They are my favorite breed.

I really didn't want a dog at the time, but my wife talked me into it. I was in love by the time we got home with her. The family we got her from...ugh...she was left on the porch 24/7, with very little human contact. I'm a stay at home dad, and she spends her days messing around with me. She's also...a bit insane. I've never seen a dog have a licking issue like this one. You can see some of it (funny, and somewhat disturbing, LOL) on youtube by searching for Moya Pug.

Lol mine has a licking obsession too! He will lick my daughter for an hour straight if she lets him! Eww. I do not let him lick me. He also licks his paws non stop. He is very cat like. He cleans his face by licking his paw and wiping his face over and over. I swear he was a cat in a previous life!

We had read somewhere that the licking trait was actually bred into them a thousand years ago (or something like that, LOL) in China. Pugs would like the feet of Geisha as they were training themselves to smash their feet into those Geisha shoes. I don't know if there's any truth to that, but our girl does seem to get satisfaction from licking that doesn't seem to be personal enjoyment, almost as if she feels she's doing something good for us. Completely nuts
