Bless her heart. I had been thinking about her and wondering if she was responding to home treatments. I hope tomorrow's surgery will be successful.

Soo the vet called. Everything went well. they removed the growth. It was eye cancer. they think we caught it early enough. If it comes back thell remove they eye. but they said it shouldnt come back. and She should still have vision it it right now. I get to pick her up At 4pm

i didn't see this in time to mention that it didn't look like a cherry eye but i am glad you went in to the vet anyway.
cherry eyes are on the 3rd eye lid in the nasal corner of the eye,not on the outside ,as someone else had mentioned.just for future info.

yaa i knew it didnt look like cherry eye but i wasnt sure. shes doing great. her eye is just red and looks irritated but its ganna for a few weeks they said. I have to keep my little dog from licking it. he likes to kiss her in the face. He could reopen the wound. Ill post in a few weeks how she is and if it heals up correctly
