That looks like a cockerel. The white bars are wider that the black bars.

I don't see any yellow in the legs. They look white to me which would be typical of a Cuckoo Marans. Either way, it's a cockerel. Sorry. (

If you look carefully you can see ( I hop that I am seeing correctly ) that some of the feathers doesn't have the barring in the end tip. In silver Coucko Marranas all the feathers have a black bar on the end tip!
