Looks to be at least a year old... per the size of his spurs.

Also looks to be in molt... since feathers are missing but skin doesn't look angry, that I can see... though I can't make out pin feathers coming in.

Ear lobes are solid red so he will likely have brown egg genes with his straight comb.

Looks like clean (non feathered) yellow shanks but white skin... these clues can help when determining a breed. I would double check on his legs to see if they are just old dry scales or if there appears to be any growth coming out... consider treating for scaly leg mite.
