I picked up some chicks last Tuesday from TSC thinking they were RSL but 3 out of 4 are feathering out kind of rooish. I took more pics but my cell phone died and they are stuck on there

And don't worry, no one is eating or drinking out of that dirty bowl, it was just sitting out there waiting to be washed and the chicks decided to check it out

I was getting getting worried I wound up with assorted reds instead of the RSL. Especially because they are playing the I'm a big, tuff chicken game

I think they are red sex links as well. Females are born reddish and males white. The white feathering happens with the pullets at first too and then later you'll start to see red coloring come in. Good luck!

3 look like this one and the last one has longer wings, a tail and shoulder feathers already.

The wings can be white even with the pullets - Wait until it feathers entirely, but really, the point of sexlinks is to sex them by color before they even feather out.

I have not (with very few exceptions) seen female RSLs feather in white.
