Recently installed a new pump for the pond, however before I had put it in place the pond was a greenish colour, as they pump filters through a tank and trickles back down a stream I was hoping it was clean the water. So I decided to stir the bottom up and happened to find this in my net. We have 13 fish mixture of koi and goldfish, am I right in thinking this is some sort of eggs? I thought fish eggs would Float to the edges however this I found was at the bed of the pond in a jelly like sausage.

I wish I had an answer for you, did you try an image search? I've never had pond fish.. to me it looks like a bone that's been buried only cause my little dog buries hers but probably not at the bottom of a pond so I'm no help..

Looks translucent- not a bone in that case. Probably an amphibian egg jelly blob would be my best guess! Like, loads of tiny eggs amassed in a protective gelatinous cushion.
