Sooo I was making my dog breakfast this morning and this was beside the yolk in one of the eggs. Is this a worm?! What is this?! It almost looked like a little piece of chicken meat or maybe another yolk or something beside it too. I just kinda pulled it out of the eggs I had in the skillet and took a pic. I opened up 5 more and didnt see anything else in those. Ugh my stomach is turning thinking it could be a worm :(

I have never had it but I have seen other posts about "Meat Eggs". You might want to google search that and see if that helps you.

It was so weird. I have a chicken who lays double yolks once in a blue moon. Makes me wonder if its another yolk and just a weird long chalazae? Idk but it definitely freaked me out!! Told all my family to let me know if they see a weird egg too

Nah not a double yolker. How old are your chickens? I think this happens more often with older birds.

In this picture that looks an awfully lot like a worm, Do you worm you chickens regularly?

To me it looks like pictures I have seen of ovary, Fallopian tube and tiny eggs at the end of the tube. If the hen still lays eggs after this one then I am wrong. Doesn't really look like a worm to me.
Tiny bits of meat in an egg isn't unusual but this looks like a lot of something.:hmm

Not chemically but naturally. When I first posted this my mind went straight to a worm too cause it was stringy but i inspect their poop a lot and theres no evidence there. And from my research it would only end up in the egg if they were highly infested, am i right about this? Ive made brrakfast again for my dog , 5 eggs again, and nothing abnormal about them. I'm so confused on what this may be.

Maybe. This was seperate from the yolk of the egg though? The yellow bit u see in the photo was a seperate mass in there.
