What is this little guy?

I got this little fella at a feed store about 5 months ago. I think he was in with the assorted bantams. I'm thinking some kind of game fowl but have never seen one like him anywhere. He's not very pretty but he makes up for it in personality! The sweetest thing, just loves to be picked up & is completely content hanging out on your shoulder for hours if you'd let him.
