What is this on her beak!

She's "supposed" to be BO, but I've never seen feathers like them except the 2 chicks I got with 4 other BO's. But the 2 that are colored like this one, have a dark brown bar across their beaks?!? Any idea what it is (none of my others have it)? Is it normal? and Are they BO's?

Apologies for dropping this post and not getting back.... At this point, I'm about 90% possitive they are golden comets (from tsc) As is happens, the 2 in question are also the 2 who are showing signs of respiratory distress. I'll not be purchasing from tsc again, but so dearly love them whatever breed they are <3
