Hmm, well, it'll definetly be interesting to see how he grows and feathers completely out. They all seem to be in the adolescent molt right now. There are feathers EVERYWHERE! Looks like a chicken explosion

Guess I'll update this thread with new pics in another month or so, or mebe I'll get it figured out by then!!!

Catalana? Ideal does sell them... and it looks very close to what he colors like... This pic was taken from the BYC breeds index

If your hatchery sells them, then it sounds to me like a safe bet!

So this guy is maturing nicely! Still has a sweet temperment, no aggressiveness or rowdiness aside from putting another bird in his/her place here n there... I see one big thing, that makes me wonder what his breed is again. Catalanas are supposed to have WHITE earlobes, and his are distinctly red

I guess its no biggie if I don't know what he is, but, its sure drivin me crazy not knowing
