What is This Roo?

I was at my shelter and noticed an interesting-looking rooster. He was alert and curious, and came right up to me. What do you think he is?

He is very little and also has feathered feet.

My first thought was splash cochin. How small is 'very small'. Serama sized ?

He was very little. I wouldn't say serama small, but smaller than a silkie.

Could we see a photo of him without the bars, natural standing side profile. Looks like cochin bantam but, would like to see him against something to indicate scale (size) of him.

D'uccles are bearded and self blue would be an even color across his whole body...

My guess is splash Cochin or Cochin mix...
