What is this?

Hatched this 5 week old chicken from an egg from my sister’s flock. She has a mix of chickens so it’s not a pure bred. Any idea what it is? No other chickens are tailless from her flock. Make or female. It’s in a coop with 6 hens and has been scared of them so far.

It's a cockerel.
Does he have a tail nub? The boys typically grow their tail feathers slower than the girls.

No nub, I think it will be tailess and the 6 others I hatched all have long tails already including the roosters. They are all 5 weeks old.
