Found this on my 3 year old silkie. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Is there anything I can do?

Is it hard, or soft? Does it impact the bird eating/drinking? If it's not bothering anything, then I would just keep an eye on it, see if it gets bigger or not. I can't really tell if it's just a deformity, maybe an injury to the beak, or maybe a tumor.

She eats and drinks with no issue thankfully. I didn’t even think about a tumor. I’ll definitely keep an eye on it. It’s not soft. It’s about the same texture as her beak.
