What is up with this cochin? Is it frizzled?

I am NO EXPERT by any means, but my week old bantam cochin frizzle's wings looks just that....

They're probably black. My blacl Australorps have white wing feathers right now. They'll be replaced by black ones as they get older.

Frizzled is good, but i have way too many chicks! These 2 were ones that I was going to rehome, but now I wanna keep the frizzle! ROFL!
