What is wrong with her feathers?

She is a buff Orphington and every one of her feathers are broken and she is really fluffy underneath.

I don't know. I got her and 9 other hens from a guy and they looked pretty rough when I got them and they went through the molt and then when all their feathers came back they looked fine but hers don't look right.
 
Looks like they've gotten damaged...not sure why. Some of mine have patches that look like that occasionally, but once they molt the feathers come back in normal.
 
Nutritional deficits can cause similar problems, can you tell if she is underweight- that could help indicate whether there may be internal parasites. External parasites are a close fit too. Stress can also cause barring and other issues in feathers on parrots such as feather chewing, permanently, which looks similar and I'd assume is just as possible to occur with chickens as with parrots (although stronger triggers would be needed with chickens).

So IMO either parasites causing secondary issues or stress related.

She eats fine, along with the other girls and she lays the biggest egg in the yard. I am thinking it is more something genetic since she is the only one out here with this problem.
