What is wrong with her?

Here are some videos of neurological signs with involuntary movement. The first looks like wry neck, while the second looks much like Mareks, especially with the grey eye and pinpoint pupil:

These look like involuntary neck and head movement, but the OP's vid looks like movement is made by something other than the birds anatomy.

She hasn't had anything like that. The first one is the closest, but she hasn't had any weird twitches with her head. I will keep an eye on her eyes as well.

This is my first issue with health issues with my chickens.

When, if at all, should I allow her back with the others? If it is Mareks, they would all already be exposed, right?

Here is the video. My daughter helped, so we were able to get it this morning. She ate one blueberry but will not drink or eat anything else. I have her separated right now in a dog crate in our house. Her crop is empty.

That is freaky looking! Reminds me of the first Alien movie where the creature popped out of the guy when he was eating. Hope someone can help. I feel sorry for her.

Update:

I just got back from picking up the kids, and gave her some feed mixed with a little yogurt and some of the vitamin E. She gobbled it down, then immediately laid her first egg!

All this weirdness couldn't be because she was trying to lay an egg, could it?

HUH!
Who knows?!<shrugs>
Thinks this will forever remain a mystery...but glad she ate and laid.

It was definitely the weirdest thing I have ever seen. I am going to put her back in the coop tonight, unless anything else changes between now and then. She has had a couple of good poops since she ate also, and we haven't noticed anymore weird spasms. I will continue giving her the vitamin E and chopped up egg, just in case.

If she's eating and pooping OK I don't see the need to keep treating,
sounds like she snapped out of it before getting the vitamins.

It was the weirdest... glad you got a video.

Okay, I will just hold off unless she shows anymore weirdness. It was definitely weird.

I just put her in the coop when i put the others away for the night. She had a full crop. :)
