What is wrong with her?

Looks like she is having a hard time transferring food from her crop. I've had several chickens do that over time
With that kind of movement?
I keep thinking about this...so freaky...like an alien possession.
Bird does not seem to be moving at all, like they would stretch out their neck and turn their head around to adjust crop.

That exact movement. It is a bit strange. It normally doesn't last long though. I just grab the bird and adjust its crop until it stops. I have no real remedy for it though

Okay, I am done with work. I ran to the store and the feed store but could not find Vitamin E except for solftgels.

Should I try a warm bath with her? Would that help at all? She is super unhappy with being in the crate, even in the run. When I went out, she was squawking and had dumped her water and food and stomped all in it. She has plenty of room in there. It is a large dog crate.

I don't see her chest spasming any more, but I don't know if it did while I was working. I can't tell if she ate and obviously she didn't drink much as she dumped her water

Soft gels are fine and probably all you will find. Just cut a hole in them and squeeze onto food. Many chick vitamins such as Poultry NutriDrench and Poultry Cell and others contain E in normal amounts. You will want to give more for neuro problems. Foods high in E are almonds, sunflower kernels, spinach, salmon, sweet potato, and more.

I have to use a heavy water container, such as a coffee can full of water in crates, since they will get messy. You can make a hole near the top, and tie a string to the crate, or get some crate cups that attach to the side, and use them. Placing a heavy bowl with wet chicken feed might help. You can mix a little egg, yogurt, or other things into it.

The scene from the movie Alien came to mind immediately when I first saw it. Second thought was snake or mouse, but since her crop was empty, I was worried. Her crop still feels flat, so she didn't eat much, if anything yet.

Having seen a lot of seizure activity in my career, nerve impulses can be localized anywhere in the body. Think of when you get an eye twitch or other involuntary movement, which are related to the nervous system.

I looked up dystonia, and it sounds like that, which is involuntary spasms due to abnormal basal ganglia in the base of the brain. Brain injury, strokes, and other diseases may be a cause.

This looks scary. I looked it up. She is acting normally now, with no other spasms that I can see.

I went and got the nipple waterer out of the portable pen and sat it on the crate, and she immediately took a drink. I will apply the vitamin E to her food and try wetting some feed.

I can get nutridrench tomorrow at the feed store. It is too far to make it today, as I have to get the kids from school in a half hour.

Thanks for all the advice. I hope I can make her comfortable.

Here are some videos of neurological signs with involuntary movement. The first looks like wry neck, while the second looks much like Mareks, especially with the grey eye and pinpoint pupil:
